Barlist is the perfect solution for keeping track of transactions and debts within your group. It is the digital variant of a physical bar list on paper or cardboard and ideal for youth movements and associations.
With Barlist everyone can easily indicate transactions for themselves. Users with the “bartender” role can even designate transactions for everyone in the group.

Barlist supports multiple groups, so you can create a separate group for each event or camp. In this way, debts and transactions remain separate.
Add products and get an overview of how much of what has been consumed within a certain period. This way you can easily keep an inventory. You can also easily export this data to a spreadsheet.

Bar list has an offline mode that allows bartenders to indicate transactions when there is no internet connection.

Paying off debts is not done through the app. This has two advantages: The actual payment is made in any way you prefer and there are therefore no transaction costs involved. The administrator of the group must indicate the payment manually.
